Doesn't work properly and can't get a response from the seller

I have a Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual. The release attached fine but one thing that is a pain is that I'm unable to reprogram C1/C2 to turn on and off the auxiliary lights. I have to go into the menu, scroll all the way down and do it there every time I want to actuate the release. Inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. What is a deal break however is that sometimes the lights trigger the release and sometimes they don't. Sometimes the release actuates the rod through both slots and sometimes only one.
I reached out to Gannet 9 days ago, as of the writing of this review, but am yet to receive a response.
Such a shame that the product doesn't work as intended and there doesn't appear to be any support.
