Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY COSTS
All Prices exclude your local taxes and duties, please check you local taxes and duties before placing your order. We cover all shipping costs, but do not cover local taxes (such as VAT, customs duties ect).
We offer a variety of different shipping options to suit your needs:
We ship exclusively with DHL. Deliveries average 3-5 working days, this may vary if you are in an outlying area.
If you are in a outlying area we will contact you with a screenshot of the costing we have been sent, if there is an additional amount due above what has been paid, we reserve the right to request additional payment or for us to send the package to a more central location.
If you are unhappy with this delivery cost we can refund you in full before the order has been sent.
DELIVERIES
We shall use our best endeavours to ensure that all products purchased on the Drone Fishing website:
Will be delivered to major city centres within the estimated shipping time
We do not process over weekends & public holidays, all orders placed will be processed within 24-72 hours from the first working day after the order is placed.
By placing an order, you understand and agree that any person other than yourself who receives the products at the delivery address nominated by you to us, shall be conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no one be in attendance at your nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, the products will be retained by us and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. You will be required to contact Brett Eagle at Drone Fishing SHOP (+27 21 001 8852) to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.
We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should we be required to make a further delivery if no one is at your nominated delivery address to receive the products on agreed delivery day.
Our liability for failing to deliver the products on the agreed delivery day, or at all, is limited to ensuring that the products are delivered at a later agreed time at no additional charge to you..
You are obliged to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address during the agreed delivery day and that appropriate access to the delivery address will be made available to our delivery team .
Any person accepting delivery of the products at the delivery address nominated by you shall be requested to confirm his/her acceptance of the products, and that the products were in a satisfactory condition by signing & printing his/her name on the accompanying delivery slip, failing which the products shall not be released into his/her custody.
Should you instruct us to make delivery to any person or address other than the person or address originally nominated by you for delivery (for instance, to a neighbour), we shall not be liable for any loss or damage, or for any discrepancy in the order, arising out of delivery to such alternative person or address.
Any defective product purchased from our store may be returned for replacement within 3 months from delivery.
Products returned for any other reason must be done within 2 weeks of delivery and will be subject to a handling charge of 15% or no less than $35 to cover shipping and restocking. Return shipping is for the clients account.
Mails will be answered within 3 working days. Refunds and or replacements will be affected within 1 week of receipt of return.
